Please read these terms carefully before using yeerbook. They outline your rights, our responsibilities, and the rules of our service.

Agreement
1. Agreement, Company & Governing Law
By accessing or using yeerbook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Services are provided by Entention Social OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia. You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and explicitly waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
2. Age Requirements & Account Transfer
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use yeerbook. Our service is not directed to children under 16. Due to the strict cryptographic nature of our platform, accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable without our prior written permission.
3. Service Description & Intellectual Property
yeerbook is a personal memory preservation service. You retain full ownership of all your photos, writings, and voice reflections. By using the service, you grant Entention Social OÜ a limited, encrypted-in-transit license solely to store your ciphertext, and to temporarily process decrypted data exactly when you request AI features or a physical book printing. We cannot read or repurpose your underlying content.
4. Account Security & Recovery
Because of our strict zero-knowledge architecture, we do not store your master decryption keys. It is solely your responsibility to safeguard your password and your unique Recovery Phrase. yeerbook cannot reset your encryption or recover your data if you lose your credentials. The loss of both your password and your Recovery Phrase will result in the permanent loss of all your encrypted content. Entention Social OÜ shall not be liable for any data loss resulting from the user's failure to secure their encryption keys.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. You also agree not to use automated bots, scrape our platform, or attempt to reverse-engineer our secure architecture. Entention Social OÜ reserves the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers or violators.
6. Signers & Third-Party Contributors
You may invite external 'Signers' to contribute to your yeerbook. All signer contributions—including text notes, voice notes, and signatures and handwriting/drawings—are end-to-end encrypted and viewable only by the creator (unless explicitly shared by the creator or signer). Signers have full control over what they submit and can choose whether their content is viewable by other signers in the shared group or kept private for the creator only. Yeerbook has no access to signer contributions and is not responsible for the content submitted by your invited Signers, nor any disputes between you and your Signers.
7. AI Processing & Beta Features
We provide AI-assisted features via Google's Gemini API (e.g., voice transcription and memory clustering). While these tools assist reflection, outputs should not substitute human judgment. New features, especially AI-driven ones, may be offered as 'beta' or experimental, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without liability. Your personal data is never used to train our or third-party foundation models.
8. Storage Limits & Fair Use
While we strive to safely preserve your memories, we reserve the right to establish reasonable fair-use limits on file sizes, total storage space, and processing capacity to ensure the sustainability of the service.
9. Payments & Refunds
Physical book printing requires payment. All fees are clearly stated and processed securely. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided that your physical book has not yet been shipped. Please contact support to initiate a refund.
10. Feedback & Suggestions
We welcome your ideas to improve yeerbook! If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to implement and use them without any obligation, restriction, or compensation to you.
11. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third parties like Stripe for payments and Gemini for AI features. Your use of such features is also subject to their respective terms and limitations of liability.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Entention Social OÜ harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of the service or breach of these terms. This specifically includes any claims that content you uploaded and requested us to print infringes on a third party's intellectual property.
13. Service Modification & Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of our service. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice so you can export your data. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your encrypted data from our active servers within 30 days.
14. Limitation of Liability
yeerbook is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entention Social OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, resulting from your use of the service.
